RETURN PERIOD

Our return policy lasts 30 calendar days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Have a return request submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Once the return request is accepted, the product must be returned within an additional 30 days.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

  2. Once your request is validated, you will receive a return form via email.

  3. Return the product following the instructions provided in the form.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, the return shipping cost is your responsibility and will be deducted from the refund, even if the original shipping was free.

If the product is defective or damaged, NCMETRICS LLC will cover the return shipping costs.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued within 30 calendar days of the return request.
